And how could we know ourselves if we don’t have a reference point? How could we see our own shadows if there’s no one else to show them to us. And supposedly there’s someone willing to show them to us, will we able to recognize them? Will we be able to see our own reflections upon others, the way we inter-act with others? And supposedly we are able to recognize them, would we have the courage to identify them? Or perhaps, the shadow of our own Ego has grew so tall and big that overshadows our ability to think clearly and see our inter-actions?

And here we reach the first obstacle in our mind that we need to transcend, in order to learn about ourselves and proceed deeper in this rabbit hole. This obstacle is the illusion that we are separate from one another and/or from everything else that is non-man-made.

You see, we are being created in the image of God, or the Infinite Love, or that which lies beyond the hills and has no name. That field of the Infinite Love, has generated many different and diverse copies of a single person in different forms and versions, in different colors and genders, spread to different parts of this world, just to make sure that every “person” would be able to have all kinds of experiences and return them back to the Source, enriching as such that initial Field, the field of Infinite Love.

Many people have already awaken to the fact that… there’s no one else, except… us, ourselves, which refers to: me, myself and I! Everything is happening in our own minds. It is me, myself, that experiences everything around me, using the other “persons” as mirrors; using the inter-action with others in order to learn and grow from.

From the field of the Infinite Love are emerging the highest qualities, the highest frequencies that render that which we call “reality”, these highest qualities that create the totality of life throughout the Cosmos. These highest principles are, the Logos, the initial music of the Cosmos pervading the Universe, giving form to everything by infusing the sacred code and that code is the holographic principle. Each piece no matter how big or small, no matter how many times we cut it, it gives the whole. The holographic principle is the sacred code by which everything is created in the Universe in order to reflect everything else, in order to be coherent, radiant, vibrant and self-similar.

We, our body reflects the Universe, the stars, the rhythm of creation is each breath we take.

Our body is the Temple of God and our inner organism is an analogy of the outer organism (the Universe) :: U inverse.
More and more people are beginning to realize that the way we sense our surroundings is just the wrapping, it does not define the reality as it is.

We have this opportunity in this lifetime, to experience reality as it actually is, experiencing as such the Universe. But we have to be able to stare inside in order to understand the outside. We have this opportunity to seek the reflection of our actions in our brothers and sisters; because every other person is our brother and our sister. And if we see deep into ourselves, we can see that when we make someone suffer, we suffer as well. That is yet another hint, telling us (shaking us) to awake to this totality, to the reality that what we do to others we do it to ourselves. How we treat others is how we treat ourselves. So, when we make someone suffer, we have the opportunity to observe our action in the image projected into the mirror, onto the “other person”. And the clearer we are able to see into the mirror, the deeper and farther we will be able to see.

That is why the field of the Infinite Love has created that shortcut, in order to truly learn from our own mistakes and false perceptions and to truly love another person as ourselves, because then we would truly love our own self with a kind of Love that is not emotional, but it is the ultimate Cosmic vibration.

Then the image in the mirror is clear; and suddenly the dots are connected, and man can finally use his wings in order to reach a state beyond the illusions ~

Όλοι οι άνθρωποι κάποιες φορές νιώθουν νευρικότητα, λίγη ή πολλή, χωρίς να ξέρουν το γιατί.
Μπορώ να ταρακουνήσω αυτό το κομμάτι ύφασμα και να πω ότι είναι νευρικό, αλλά τι είναι αυτό που κάνει το ύφασμα να κινείται;
Όταν σταματάω να κινώ το χέρι μου, το ύφασμα μένει ακίνητο.
Πάντα θεωρείτε ότι άλλα πράγματα φταίνε που νευριάσατε, αλλά ποτέ δεν κατηγορείτε τον εαυτό σας.
Εντούτοις εσείς οι ίδιοι φταίτε που νευριάζετε. Ενενήντα εννέα τοις εκατό είναι δικό σας το φταίξιμο.
Η ανησυχία, η συναισθηματική έξαψη, συγκεντρώνει υπερβολική ενέργεια στα νεύρα, τόσο που αρχίζουν να φθείρονται.
Μετά από πολλά χρόνια τα ανθυγιεινά αποτελέσματα αυτής της νευρικότητας αρχίζουν να φαίνονται.
Τα νεύρα είναι πολύ γερά –ο Θεός τα έκανε έτσι γιατί πρέπει να διαρκέσουν για μια ζωή– αλλά είναι απαραίτητο να τα φροντίζουμε σωστά.
 Όταν σταματήσετε να υπερφορτώνετε το νευρικό σύστημα, όπως όταν κοιμάστε βαθιά ή στην κατάσταση της ηρεμίας στο διαλογισμό, δεν είστε καθόλου νευρικοί.
Στην έκσταση του διαλογισμού τα νεύρα ξεκουράζονται και αναζωογονούνται εξαιρετικά.

Τα Υγιή Νεύρα Είναι Ουσιώδη για ένα Υγιές Σώμα

Τα νεύρα είναι σαν καλώδια που ενώνουν όλα τα μέρη ενός εργοστασίου. Αν τα καλώδια φθαρούν ή καούν από υπερφόρτιση, τότε όλο το εργοστάσιο ή ορισμένες περιοχές που υπέστησαν ζημιά δεν μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν.
 Παρόμοια το νευρικό σύστημα δίνει ζωή σε όλα τα μέρη του σώματος, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των λειτουργιών της αντίληψης, της γνώσης και της ανταπόκρισης των πέντε αισθήσεων. Αν τα νεύρα καταστραφούν, τότε και η αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ του ανθρώπου και του κόσμου επίσης καταστρέφεται.

Υπάρχουν δύο συστήματα νεύρων: το κεντρικό νευρικό σύστημα στον εγκέφαλο, τον προμήκη μυελό και τη σπονδυλική στήλη· και το περιφερικό σύστημα, που συνδέει τα νευρικά κέντρα με τα διάφορα όργανα του σώματος και μεταφέρει σ’ αυτά ενέργεια. Το νευρικό σύστημα στέλνει αισθητήρια μηνύματα στον εγκέφαλο, τον καθιστά ικανό να τα επεξεργαστεί και μετά αντιδρά ανάλογα με την ερμηνεία των ερεθισμάτων αυτών από τον εγκέφαλο.
Κατά την αρχική ανάπτυξη του εμβρυακού εγκεφάλου, στο πρώτο στάδιο διαμόρφωσης, τα νεύρα είναι σαν υγρό, το οποίο μετά, σταδιακά, γίνεται σαν ίνες που τελικά αναπτύσσονται σε νεύρα – δυνατές λεωφόρους για τη μεταφορά ενέργειας από τον εγκέφαλο σ’ όλα τα μέρη του σώματος.

Ο εγκέφαλος είναι το μέγαρο της κυβέρνησης. Τα είκοσι επτά χιλιάδες δισεκατομμύρια κύτταρα είναι οι υπήκοοι. Το νευρικό σύστημα, που τα συνδέει όλα, πρέπει να φροντίζεται ώστε να δουλεύει σωστά. Ίσως θυμάστε πώς παρέλυσαν τα πάντα όταν δεν λειτουργούσαν τα τηλέφωνα λόγω της πρόσφατης απεργίας. Αυτό μπορεί να συμβεί και στο σώμα σας. Όταν τα «τηλέφωνα» των νεύρων παραλύσουν, δεν μπορούν να μεταβιβάσουν τα ζωτικά τους μηνύματα.
Για παράδειγμα, όταν το οπτικό νευρικό κέντρο στον εγκέφαλο φθαρεί εξαιτίας λανθασμένης διατροφής, ασθένειας ή καταπόνησης, τα νεύρα των ματιών πλήττονται και τα μάτια αρχίζουν να εξασθενούν.

ΕΞΕΤΑΣΤΕ ΤΟΝ ΕΑΥΤΟ ΣΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΔΕΙΤΕ ΤΙ ΣΑΣ ΚΑΝΕΙ ΝΕΥΡΙΚΟΥΣ

Οι περισσότερες νευρικές ασθένειες οφείλονται σε υπερδιέγερση του νου. Αυτή προέρχεται από πολλές αιτίες. Εξετάστε τον εαυτό σας για να δείτε αν είστε νευρικοί και μετά προσδιορίστε τι είναι αυτό που σας κάνει νευρικούς. Όταν εξοργίζεστε, για παράδειγμα, στέλνετε τρομακτική ποσότητα βολτ από ενέργεια στον εγκέφαλο και την καρδιά. Συναισθήματα όπως ο θυμός ή ο φόβος μπορούν να υπερφορτώσουν τόσο πολύ τα νεύρα, που μπορεί να προκαλέσουν δυσλειτουργίες στο σώμα, ακόμα και να σταματήσουν την καρδιά και να προκαλέσουν θάνατο. Αν διοχετεύσετε ένα εκατομμύριο βολτ σ’ ένα καλώδιο που αντέχει μόνο λίγα βολτ, το καλώδιο θα καεί. Όταν βρίσκεστε σε έξαψη, διοχετεύετε πάρα πολλή ενέργεια σε μια ορισμένη περιοχή και στερείτε άλλα νεύρα απ’ αυτή τη δύναμη της ζωής. Ο ήρεμος άνθρωπος, αντίθετα, ταΐζει τα νεύρα του καλά, με ισορροπημένη ροή ενέργειας, ώστε κανένα μέρος του σώματος να μην είναι επιζήμια υπερφορτωμένο ή στερημένο απ’ αυτήν.

Η νευρικότητα είναι η ασθένεια του πολιτισμού. Θα έπρεπε να έχουμε ώρα να απολαμβάνουμε διάφορα πράγματα –τις ομορφιές της δημιουργίας του Θεού, τις πολλές ευλογίες της ζωής– αλλά ν’ αποφεύγουμε την αδικαιολόγητη υπερδιέγερση, ανησυχία και αιφνίδια συναισθήματα που καταστρέφουν το νευρικό σύστημα.

Η φλυαρία, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της συνήθειας της πολύωρης ομιλίας στο τηλέφωνο, δημιουργεί νευρικότητα. Οι ακούσιες μυϊκές συσπάσεις –όπως το παίξιμο των δακτύλων ή η κινήσεις των ποδιών– καίει ενέργεια στα νεύρα. Μια άλλη αιτία νευρικότητας, αν και μπορεί να μην έχετε επίγνωση αυτής, είναι ο θόρυβος του ραδιοφώνου ή της τηλεόρασης όταν παίζουν για συνεχόμενες ώρες. Όλοι οι ήχοι κάνουν τα νεύρα να αντιδρούν. Μια μελέτη που διεξήγαγε το αστυνομικό τμήμα του Σικάγο έδειξε ότι αν οι άνθρωποι δεν υπόκειντο στο βομβαρδισμό των ήχων της σύγχρονης ζωής, οι οποίοι είναι ιδιαίτερα απότομοι στις πόλεις, θα μπορούσαν να ζήσουν αρκετά περισσότερα χρόνια.

Μάθετε να απολαμβάνετε τη σιωπή. Μην ακούτε ραδιόφωνο και μη βλέπετε τηλεόραση για ώρες, αδιάκοπα, ούτε να έχετε αυτές τις συσκευές να βγάζουν διαπεραστικούς ήχους όλη την ώρα, χωρίς να δίνετε σημασία, κάνοντας άλλες δουλειές. Υπάρχει αρκετή «τηλεόραση» αγίων και μουσικής στις σφαίρες που διαπερνούν όλο το σύμπαν, ώστε να μη χρειάζεται να ακούτε τη «συσκευασμένη» μουσική ή να βλέπετε «συσκευασμένες» ταινίες. Μέσω της ηρεμίας της εσωτερικής σιωπής, μάθετε να συντονίζεστε στα θαυμαστά προγράμματα του Θεού.

Duality to the core (literally ie: electron)

If we observe the essence and substance of our perceived world (electrons) we could use that information to help us understand –and thus transcend– our perceived world of #duality and dipoles that still in the 21st century are responsible for the division in our thought and consequent actions deriving from the way we think.

The dual function of the #electron allows it to behave as a particle or as a wave according to the observer. Connecting the dots, when we choose to see a single individual, is our choice and our angle of observation that creates that division, enabling us to see the individual as something separate from us, or from another individual.

In the same train of thought, the same principle applies also for anything else that we chose to observe as separate from the whole, creating in that moment a definition, a label, a division for that, raising that moment a Tower of Babel, or burning witches because we happened to live in that era.

The same goes for anything that appears as separate in our habitual trained way of behaving and naming things and sensed bio-electrical signals, creating tiny boxes of thought ideas, little proud schisms marching in the parade of the delusional mind.

Transcending those habitual paradigms of our well trained and separate mechanisms of thought, would be to... observe the Cosmos as a pulsating poem, resonating with our core! Or... as a multi-fragrant flower that we are just sniffing with our hearts open wide and transparent, but there's no one to believe us, as they are busy bees, creating labels, stacking up boxes to the ceiling* until there's no room to breathe and grow anymore.

Transcending the well established notions of separation and division would be to choose to dance like a wave**, instead of standing there with the beer on hand like a particle. Either way, transcending the limitations of our own mind is the new vibratory field. Many of us have started to align with that field, perceiving all those stories of the past like castles in the sand.

There's nothing that can be divided (the same word 'nothing' is yet another paradox), there are only labels that we put. There's no forest, forest is just a word we gave for the bluff of trees (many trees together). Furthermore, there are neither trees –and here we meet the beginning of our spiraling reasoning–  that everything is electrons, behaving either as particles, or as waves. That is the ultimate freedom we have in this frequency of vibrational dense matter that we call 'life', the freedom to choose our angle of observation and create our moments with our thoughts, be it a particle, or a wave. You choose ~

The Light has no shadow

The Light has no shadow. The shadow is the unhealed mind, that perceives duality, separation, division.

The state in the Light is when the mind has been healed, wherein one starts to perceive a more holistic view of their surroundings. The fog that was covering the mirrors is dissolved, allowing one to perceive that we are merely condensed energy, we flow into one another, changing, affecting one another. Even though these limited senses of ours cannot still transcend this illusion of separation, we can grasp this with our finer senses, our mind becomes subtle, penetrating into the essence of things, sensing energy, transmitting energy, healing with energy.

The Light is the Source, the pathway (both literally and figuratively) returning Home ~

We are dreaming, 24/7

This life is a dream; it's just a very persistent one. After this dream, we are going to face the actual Life. Right now we are dreaming 24/7 but we have the power to change our dream....

Compassion

The state of unconditional compassion shines within as a clear crystal, lighting up, healing, all the dark corners of your mind. You treat others as they deserve to be treated, you are a clear crystal gem, mirroring, grounding to earth, the unconditional love from the Source ~

Mediation

You sit still and silent to identify what you truly know. The more you do that, the more you know. We meet in the fluent vibrating void, we bend arching inwardly to become all that was ever existed ~

Reality (?)

The levels of reality are so deep/broad (actually the sense of measurement loses its essence) that none of us has an idea of what is really happening out/in there. Taking that on account, I wouldn't want to attach any labels to myself, because I am not any of them, nor to attach any labels to the "reality" I perceive around me, because that is only my limited perception/notion of the world. I wouldn't want to attach any labels because everything is ephemeral. When something moves horizontally on the surface, it has not any depth, without any depth there cannot exist proportion/analogy of understanding, because understanding cannot float on the surface, it goes deeper. Even things around you and your life appear real to you... they are not, they are just electrical signals interpreted from your brain, collected from your limited senses.

You are part of the Light playing a role-game dressed in this carnal suite, here on earth. One should try and dive deeper, deep into the ocean of existence and phenomenal appearances and have a different glimpse of reality. In the same time, what lies there in the depths of the ocean (collective soul memory) cannot be brought up to the surface (aspects of the superficial personality/self). Even if that was possible, only very few people would recognize it and much fewer would understand it.

Therefore, everything/everyone exist in their own respective field of perceived reality, which is not what it actually is, it's just what you name it/think of it, when you name something, you negate it in the same moment.

The levels/dimensions of reality are endless, and equally endless is our quest to search for the meaning of life, until we depart from this existence/dimension. What I "know" are my own interpretations of my limited senses. Therefore, the only true statement that I could say is that, I know nothing.  Perhaps -as I stated some weeks ago- the spiritual life, the Life as a spirit, closer to the Creator, is the only real life and what we experience here in our short life, dressed the flesh, is just... a dream. Perhaps, I don't even exist and this is part of our collective dream.

Elephants can hear subsonic sounds and bats can hear ultrasounds. Birds can see into the ultraviolet wavelengths, while snakes can "see" using their infrared sensors. Catfish and salamanders can see low electric frequencies. There are transparent creatures in the depths of the ocean flashing electroluminescent biochemical light in rainbow colors in real time, while there are birds flapping their wings 52 times/second hovering in mid-air. Ants see the world as a drawing on a paper: two-dimensional, while humans have just a three-dimensional aspect of the world they live in.
Therefore what is real? How one could define "reality"?

These are all realities. In fact, these are just specs of reality that are not common to all life forms at the same time. People can not hear infrasounds or ultrasounds. They can not see into the ultraviolet or into the infrared light spectrum. So we can safely say that every life form has its own "version" of reality. For each life form, their daily routine appears true, but at the same time, it is not.

That is why one needs to be receptive to the thin ethereal realms existing/hovering everywhere around us, perhaps 1mm away. Realms of reality that may not be visible to us but they do exist in what we call spiritual dimensions, which are accessible on certain occasions, they can be accessible in thinner dimensions, when one is able to become quite soft and relaxed and the guardian (Ego) is sleeping, there in that window of reality, we are able to enter these realms with our subtle ethereal bodies.

That is why, in the meditative state, one is aware of a broader reality. There was a person that didn't want to sleep in order to not lose anything in his life... How oxymoron it is though, because, the exact opposite is true. When one appears to be absent (sitting motionless with closed eyes in meditation) he is in fact more aware than the person that.. *seems* to be aware in their everyday life. That is why in deep and prolonged meditative states, we often lose the sense of our surroundings, the body disappears (quite scary at first), and it seems we are rotating in space. We draw knowledge and wisdom from the akashic libraries and from distant eras and places. We can have transcendental experiences without the aid of external factors ie: psychoactive substances. We can obtain supernatural powers which in India called siddhis.

Concluding, nothing is as it appears to be. Silence and stillness bring vigilance and alertness, whilst noise and constant motion bring dizziness and disorientation and could lead to insanity.

That is why -in my opinion- the Plant kingdom is superior to any other on this planet. They have lived millions of years before humans and other creatures appear on the planet. They have a slower and different approach to life, they have a different perception of time, they know what the word 'resources' means and they have a deep wisdom that derives from Kosmos. Through their roots and the consciousness of the water flowing through them, they communicate with all other plants and thus exchange information on a different level. If someone sees the excellent documentary "The Secret Life of Plants" (BBC), he probably realizes that in fact the plants use other life forms for their own benefit, to thrive. And in turn to nourish them and sustain this ecosystem in motion - we need the oxygen that trees produce in order to survive, we are dependent by them. So when we are able to explore the spirit of the plants and to learn from their wisdom, this will lead us into worlds that do not exist in our conventional understanding ~

Κινηματογράφος: βίαιος, θηριώδης, αιματηρός σκουπιδότοπος για ρακοσυλλέκτες του νου

Και κάπως βρέθηκα -εγώ που σπάνια παρακολουθώ ταινίες- να κοιτάζω πληροφορίες στο imdb. Και βρήκα μια ταινία με υποτίτλους online, στο imdb είχε σκορ 76 (που είναι υψηλό) και λέω ωραία, ας δω μια ταινία απόψε έπειτα από πολύ καιρό.
Και έβαλα να παρακολουθήσω. Από τις πρώτες σκηνές ξεπρόβαλαν οι κάνες από δίκαννα. Άστο λέω από μέσα μου, μια σκηνή είναι θα περάσει. Η επόμενη σκηνή ήταν σύντομοι ήχοι ενός ταράνδου, έπειτα το κλικ της καραμπίνας και μετά η εκπυρσοκρότηση....
Η επόμενη σκηνή ήταν άνθρωποι αραδιασμένοι σε ένα ξέφωτο να... γδέρνουν τομάρια ζώων, πολλές δεκάδες τομάρια ζώων. Περιττό να πω ότι διέκοψα την προβολή της ταινίας.
Αρνούμαι να φάω τα σκουπίδια που μου προσφέρουν. Δεν έχω εκπαιδευτεί τόσο καλά στην απόλαυση της βίας και της θηριωδίας όσο φρόντισαν να με εκπαιδεύσουν. Όλο αυτό το κύμα του αμερικανικού «κινηματογράφου» που εξάγει σκουπίδια και υπάρχει ολόκληρο σύστημα προώθησης και στήριξης αυτών των σκουπιδιών με αφήνει παγερά αδιάφορο αφενός, με θλίβει για το επίπεδο των ανθρώπων αφετέρου. Υπάρχει όλο αυτό το σύστημα διατήρησης του συναισθήματος του φόβου μέσα στους ανθρώπους. Οι περισσότεροι άνθρωποι είναι μακρά νυχτωμένοι, δεν αντιλαμβάνονται τα κίνητρα και τα δολώματα. Αφού το βλέπει ο ένας, αφού το είδαν οι φίλοι του, θα το δει κι αυτός, δεν θέλει να ξεχωρίζει από τον μέσο όρο.
Σαφώς, επέλεξα να μην παρακολουθήσω την ταινία, όχι για να ξεφύγω από τον.. μέσο όρο. Επέλεξα να μην παρακολουθήσω την ταινία διότι δεν έχει τίποτα να μου προσφέρει. Τουναντίον, το μόνο που έχει να μου προσφέρει είναι τροφή των ζωικών ενστίκτων μου, εξοικείωση στη βία και διατήρηση του επιπέδου του φόβου μέσα μου.
Δεν γνωρίζω τι σημαίνει φόβος (γνωρίζω αλλά δεν αποτελεί επιλογή στη ζωή μου). Γνωρίζω τι σημαίνει αγάπη. Γνωρίζω τη διαφορά ανάμεσα στην υψηλότερη δόνηση της αγάπης και στην πολλή χαμηλότερη δόνηση του φόβου και έχω ήδη επιλέξει εδώ και πολλά χρόνια ανάμεσα στα δύο.
Κλείνοντας την οθόνη, θα ανοίξω μια άλλη, ένα βιβλίο, ένα μη-λογοτεχνικό βιβλίο, ένα βιβλίο για την λεπτότητα του πνεύματος και τους κραδασμούς της ψυχής. Αργότερα όταν θα πάω στο goodreads να σημειώσω κάποια πράγματα σχετικά με το βιβλίο, ίσως τύχει να ρίξω μια ματιά στα άτομα που βρίσκονται online εκείνη τη στιγμή. Είναι άτομα από όλο τον κόσμο που δεν γνωρίζω και δεν έχω στη λίστα φίλων μου εκεί. Η συντριπτική πλειονότητα και εκεί των όσων διαβάζουν βιβλία, θα έχουν να κάνουν με... Βαμπίρ, δαίμονες, δολοπλοκίες, ίντριγκες, βία, φανταστικές ιστορίες για να τους «κρατήσουν» για να μην βαριούνται....
Είναι τόσο καλά και άρτια εκπαιδευμένοι οι αγαπητοί συν-αναγνώστες, ώστε αποζητούν να θρέψουν τα κατώτερα ένστικτά τους, αυτά που πρόσφεραν ως θυσία, για την σωτηρία της ψυχής τους, από την στιγμή που έκαναν τις επιλογές τους: Φόβος vs Αγάπη.
Αυτή τη στιγμή που γράφω και είναι Σάββατο βράδυ, ακούω έξω φωνές κάτι σαν αναγούλες από.. ανθρώπους. Ταράχτηκα προς στιγμή. Μετά κατάλαβα. Η κατανάλωση αλκοόλ εδώ είναι πολύ υψηλή. Με τις κάσες φεύγουν από τα σούπερ-μάρκετ και κοιτάζοντάς τους προσπαθώ να.. καταλάβω, προσπαθώ με την καλύτερη διάθεση να αγγίξω τις ψυχές τους. Είναι πολύ δύσκολο. Πιθανών, θα είναι εξαιρετικά λίγοι άνθρωποι -αναλογικά- που θα προσπαθούν να κάνουν το ίδιο, να προσπαθήσουν να καταλάβουν γιατί έχουν ανάγκη να κάνουν κάτι τέτοιο στον εαυτό τους. Γιατί μισούν τόσο τον εαυτό τους ώστε να τον δηλητηριάζουν με αλκοόλ, τσιγάρο, βία, κακία; Δεν μπορούν να δουν ότι όλα αυτά δημιουργούν ασθένειες στα αιθερικό σώματά τους. Τι είναι αυτό που τους κάνει τόσο τυφλά ευτυχισμένους στην αυτοκαταστροφή τους; Γιατί να μην σταματήσουν για λίγο, να πουν δυο γλυκά λόγια στο παιδί τους, στη γυναίκα τους, στον γείτονα και να κοιμηθούν με πιο ελαφριά συνείδηση, με πιο γαλήνια καρδιά. :(

Είναι απόλυτη ευτυχία να αισθάνεσαι μόνος μέσα σε τέτοιες κοινωνίες, μέσα σε τέτοιες αρένες. Είναι απόλυτη ευτυχία να αισθάνεσαι «μόνος» μέσα σε τέτοιες αρένες, διότι η αίσθηση που έχεις όταν γνωρίζεις... είναι ότι δεν αφήνεις να μολυνθεί η ψυχή σου από ζωικού επιπέδου ενέργειες.
Δεν επιτρέπω σε τίποτα και σε κανέναν να με χαμηλώσει, να με μολύνει, να με εξαπατήσει, να με ξεπουλήσει, να με εξαγοράσει. Όλα έχουν ένα τίμημα και είμαι ευτυχισμένος που το γνωρίζω!

The Cosmology of the self, is the self-knowable Cosmos. As we follow the spiral footprints within, they lead us to the spiraling galaxies. The matrix of matter, as the foam of consciousness that embraces all there is and ever existed and connects all levels of wisdom into the singular whole, since, the one is in the all and the all into one.

Hence, getting to know oneself, is getting to know the limits of the Cosmos; are there any? The same also applies for the self, the self which is made from one and can be found into many. You are made of Light, you can "speak" Light, you spread Light, hence, you are mirroring your initiation into the self-knowable particle of the Cosmos ~

'Never', 'always', 'forever', 'must' are words of the ego. Just find yourself resting near a peaceful lake, absorbing the energy of nature within, and you shall realize how tranquility blossoms in the moment ~

We are mirrors to each other

In order to see something better to yourself you go to the mirror. You are using the other person as your mirror. Everyone we meet is our reflection; is our mirror. By helping someone else we are using a shortcut to more efficiently help ourselves. That's how it works in the spiritual realms.

Focusing on what the other person needs is lifting up the veil of separation that exists in our perceived perception. It's all in the mind and the mind has created this separation. So, focusing on what the other person needs is being unified with the Source and creating spiritual art. In that moment we are mindful, we have a glimpse of God's presence through our action.
God's will is to remember who we are. We can only understand our actions when they are reflected on the other person. And when we learn to treat the other person as ourselves, then we are aligned with God's will and we are walking on The Path. We are images of God; we are particles of the Eternity, and when we will leave this dimension we are going to report how we perceived; what we have done with our gift of having to experience "life" on planet Earth. True Life is beyond this playground; True Life is eternal bliss ~

Focus on what the other person needs and do your best

Yesterday, a neighbor passed away, she was just 67 yo., she died from heart attack. Later that evening, "something" made me want to continue reading my book –which I put aside since about a week ago– and the chapter was on the heart chakra, explaining the heart chakra in depth (screenshot in the comments). Today I sensed I wanted to send "love bubbles" to people around me, to every one I met. Visualizing them filled with cosmic love and abundance. With some people it was not easy, so I felt "Oh, I need to double/broaden my emission." Guess what, more people were saluting/smiling to me on the street, and the children were giving me a wide smile, like they.. knew! smile emoticon
I felt also that, this is the best way to maintain mindfulness throughout the day, while spreading love both to others and receiving it back to ourselves.
If we remember to focus each day and send out love in all our interactions with people, we are focusing on what the world needs and we do our best from our side. The world needs healing, in need of healing all those patterns that keep generating fear and separation. Everybody needs to be loved, it doesn't matter from where it will come, it's just the heart-felt emission that counts, bridging cosmic love down to earth, to reach and light up dark corners of the mind. True speech

True speech is the outcome of a state of constructive silence. When the silence has "spoken", then our words echo deeply, hitting at the bottom of the well, and then they rise upwards interwoven with clarity, flowing garlands, bringing forth the first spring from the evergreen forest of the Self ~

Οι Φύλακες Άγγελοι και η διακριτική παρουσία τους στο σχέδιο της ζωής.

Πριν από αυτό το βιβλίο είχα διαβάσει το "Between Death and Life" το οποίο είναι ακόμη καλύτερο πάνω στο θέμα. Ήταν μια εξαίσια πνευματική απόλαυση η ανάγνωση αυτών των δυο βιβλίων της Κάνον.

Προσωπικά, με βοήθησαν να συνειδητοποιήσω ότι η ενσάρκωση μου είναι ένα πολύτιμο δώρο, ότι δεν χρειάζεται να σπαταλήσω την ενέργειά μου σε πράξεις που επιφέρουν περισσότερο διαχωρισμό σε αυτόν τον κόσμο· μεταξύ των ανθρώπων. Τα βιβλία αυτά με βοήθησαν να αρχίσω να λειτουργώ πιο αποτελεσματικά και ολιστικά στα συγκεκριμένα τμήματα του εαυτού μου που χρήζουν θεραπείας.
Μου έκανε εντύπωση διαβάζοντας για όλες αυτές τις περίπλοκες καταστάσεις στις πνευματικές σφαίρες! (ιδιαίτερα στο 'Between Death and Life'), βοηθώντας με να εκτιμήσω περαιτέρω, τη ζωή στην ολότητά της, κάνοντας με πιο πρόθυμα να θελήσω να βοηθήσω τους άλλους. Καθώς, βοηθώντας τους άλλους, βοηθάω τον εαυτό μου, διότι όλοι και όλα προέρχονται από την ενιαία Ουσία και όλα είναι αλληλένδετα σε αυτό τον υπέροχο τροχό της ζωής και επικοινωνούμε σε πολλά επίπεδα ταυτοχρόνως!

Τα πάντα στο σύμπαν είναι και περιστρέφονται γύρω από την αγάπη και τη φροντίδα. Αυτό είναι κάτι που αντιλαμβάνεται αυτός που έχει προχωρήσει στο μονοπάτι της ζωής και έχει φιλοσοφήσει την δομή και αξία του. Συνεπώς, γλιτώνουμε πολύ χρόνο και φθορά, εμμένοντας αφουγκραζόμενοι στην ουσία, που είναι... Αγάπη! Ανιδιοτελής. Προσφορά στην κοινωνία και εξέλιξη μέσα από αυτή την αμοιβαία σχέση που δύναται να μας μεταμορφώσει σε όλα τα επίπεδα.

Σου εύχομαι με όλη μου την ψυχή να πάρεις κάτι καλό από αυτή την παρουσίαση και το σημαντικότερο, να το εφαρμόσεις στη ζωή σου.
