Focus on what the other person needs and do your best

Yesterday, a neighbor passed away, she was just 67 yo., she died from heart attack. Later that evening, "something" made me want to continue reading my book –which I put aside since about a week ago– and the chapter was on the heart chakra, explaining the heart chakra in depth (screenshot in the comments). Today I sensed I wanted to send "love bubbles" to people around me, to every one I met. Visualizing them filled with cosmic love and abundance. With some people it was not easy, so I felt "Oh, I need to double/broaden my emission." Guess what, more people were saluting/smiling to me on the street, and the children were giving me a wide smile, like they.. knew! smile emoticon
I felt also that, this is the best way to maintain mindfulness throughout the day, while spreading love both to others and receiving it back to ourselves.
If we remember to focus each day and send out love in all our interactions with people, we are focusing on what the world needs and we do our best from our side. The world needs healing, in need of healing all those patterns that keep generating fear and separation. Everybody needs to be loved, it doesn't matter from where it will come, it's just the heart-felt emission that counts, bridging cosmic love down to earth, to reach and light up dark corners of the mind. Q: Why should I do that to the other person, and not helping myself?

A: In order to see something better to yourself you go to the mirror. You are using the other person as your mirror. Everyone we meet is our reflection; is our mirror. By helping someone else we are using a shortcut to more efficiently help ourselves. That's how it works in the spiritual realms.

Focusing on what the other person needs is lifting up the veil of separation that exists in our perceived perception. It's all in the mind and the mind has created this separation. So, focusing on what the other person needs is being unified with the Source and creating spiritual art. In that moment we are mindful, we have a glimpse of God's presence through our action.
God's will is to remember who we are. We can only understand our actions when they are reflected on the other person. And when we learn to treat the other person as ourselves, then we are aligned with God's will and we are walking on The Path. We are images of God; we are particles of the Eternity, and when we will leave this dimension we are going to report how we perceived; what we have done with our gift of having to experience "life" on planet Earth. True Life is beyond this playground; True Life is eternal bliss ~

True speech

True speech is the outcome of a state of constructive silence. When the silence has "spoken", then our words echo deeply, hitting at the bottom of the well, and then they rise upwards interwoven with clarity, flowing garlands, bringing forth the first spring from the evergreen forest of the Self ~

Where I come from, everything vibrates in Light..

Where I come from, there are no contexts and concepts regarding the spiritual realm; there is no path towards the truth, Truth is the path.
Where I come from, there are no symbols dividing people, separating them from the Light...

There comes this point in time and space, where you will make your choice; the choice to evolve into the habitant of the New Earth, with its new subtle frequency in a different dimension, or, to remain as your habitual self, repeating all those patterns that you taught in their schools, waving flags and banners, continuing to be the obedient dog of the master, ready to support their newly promoted campaigns and wars.

There comes a point where you felt the call, to unify with the Light; or continue your illusion of separation, division and duality. You cannot continue raising flags, waving banners and say that you are working with Light, because Light is all about unity, it's all about remembering who you truly are and what is your mission on this planet. We are here to remind to each other, with love, that each one of us is potentially a Light-Worker. Each one of us is here to evolve and help others evolve into the New Earth.

This New Earth and the shift exists internally, your choices and actions will shift you there intra-dimensionally and all this stems from within, naturally, effortlessly, joyfully.
Planet Earth is shifting into a new dimension where all those habitual choices that people support with their actions, choices that perpetuate the illusion of separation and duality, will become relics of the past. They will continue to be there, but in a different dimension/frequency. The new human race -in the new Earth- shall realize what was already known in the antiquity, that everything is alive and it vibrates, it has consciousness and it's sacred in their own respective vibratory frequency. Everything is part of everything else and they all exist entangled in a holographic reality beyond our grasp. Therefore, harming a small part of this 'Vibrant Alive Pattern' brings harm to all the parts, meaning simply that we are harming our own self. What we send out is what we receive back. Likewise, helping, doing good to others, spreading Light with our thoughts and deeds, we also help our self, because we are a reflection onto each-others crystal lake.
Seeing the light is being unified in the essence of the Light. Working with Light means you understand those basic principles of the spiritual laws of the energy vibrating in these dense material fields here on planet Earth.

There is no separation, there is no division; I am your mirror and you are mine, learning from each-other, as we learn how to love each-other, learning our most important lesson here on planet Earth. Working with Light means bringing that unity here and now, bridging people of any race and colour together, helping them see their Light in themselves, not sustaining the illusion of duality and separation any more, what we taught in their schools. Schools supporting their dualistic system of manipulation and control, perpetuating war and destruction, both externally and internally. Because when I am at war with my neighbor, I am at war with myself. When one country is at war with another country, it means that these people are trapped in the collective dream (nightmare in fact) of their manipulators, projecting that onto their lives, choosing that for their reality. Being at war, means I have failed to realize that me and my neighbor are the same. That there is no need to fight something, or I will be fighting myself. There are only choices to be made; there are bridges to be built.

That is, the essence of the teaching we need to realize and become the mirror reflecting the image of the Source, or God or by any other name you want to call the Absolute. That is, working with the Light.

Can you sense the infinite waters of creation reigning down? It's pure joy and bliss!

Masculine/Feminine ~ Yin/Yang ☯

Each one of us has two rivers inside with opposite/compensated flow; the yin and the yang; the masculine and the feminine; both are polarities of the essence of One inside ones own psyche, where the One is in fact plural, meaning All that exists and ever existed.

We flow to one river and we bring back one element and then we flow to the other river in order to bring back a different element. This motion resembles the ebb and the tide in the sea. There is always an energy going and an energy returning back. As long as we are trapped inside this duality, we are destined to rock back and forth; endlessly. Hence I see no liberation from this repetitive motion, which can be traced back into psychological patterns inside, throughout our whole life.

The transcendance of the term "sexes" (male and female) is another victory towards the path of self-realization and self-liberation from the repetitive patterns of duality. Everything on this dense world of fluidity exists in dipoles and is expressed in/from dipoles.
In order to transcend this we have first to accept and embrace the feminine part inside of us (for men); and the masculine part (for women).

It is in our inner Sacred Union of the feminine with the masculine; or the masculine with the feminine that all struggle cease to exist; it is an alchemical wedding of the opposite/compensated energies.
Ardhanarishvara (अर्धनारीश्वर) or the androgynous state of being beyond the illusion of duality. The two rivers are now flowing into the ocean of Love. And we proceed further upwards, to experience the vibrations of subtler energies ~

Perhaps you feel hurt from a certain situation. Perhaps you are boiling inside; much like a volcano, because of the unjust way they have treated you.
But, in fact, what makes it difficult is your own interpretation; your specific response to the situation. Each one is responsible for his/her behavior.
As peace comes from within; likewise also sorrow comes from within.
When you realize that deeply within yourself, then you will reach a certain plateau of self-transformation. Then your actions meet your feelings; your feelings meet your thoughts. And it's such an astonishing sensation to meet again that person in front of the mirror; and the mirror is almost transparent now ~

The prisoner and the monk

Two men were walking inside the forest. One of them is young he is just released from prison where he spent 10 years. The other man is rather old, he is a monk, living isolated on a mountain.
The young man knew the monk since they were kids and he asked to see him as he wanted to change friends and change a path in life in general.

Suddenly, as they were walking inside the forest they noticed a beautiful young woman standing close to the edge of the peak, admiring the view of the valley below.

The young man, who he had just released from prison, haven't see a woman for ten years couldn't believe his eyes as the young woman was very pretty. He rolled his eyes wide open and whispered to the monk.
"Oh my! Do you see that?! Oh my! I can't believe my luck! My my my, how beautiful she is man! Listen, I want to go and talk to her. Uhm.. do you mind? if.."
The monk looked at the beautiful young woman, then looked at the young man and after a long pause, he smiled and replied.
"You can do whatever you need to do. Personally speaking, I am not interested about that beautiful woman."
The young man happily surprised, he rolled his eyes once more and he replied.
"I can't believe my luck! Man!!.. there's not even competition!"
And after a small pause he continued.
"Well, I haven't see you for many years.. ya know.. perhaps.. perhaps you are not interested in women.. sorry, have no intention.. but.. anyhow I am surprised to hear that. We were both living alone, I assume without relations with women for you as well, and.. you are not interested about that woman ?!?" He smiled and added "I am really surprised. Do you mind telling me how is that possible?"
The monk smiled and replied back.
"Listen. It doesn't have to do with that, and for your information I were always interested about women. But.. I have long come to realize, that, that woman is just an illusion. In a way, she doesn't exist. She is a projection of my senses. If I shut off all of my senses that woman will vanish from my perception. She will disappear. You see, all those 20 years living in the mountains, I am meditating for prolonged periods of time daily, shutting off my senses to the external stimuli in order to exceed the identity of myself. In order to find who I truly am."
The young man wanted to go and speak to that woman but he thought he could hear a bit more of that story before he go. And he added.
"That's unusual to hear. I see the young woman will stay there. Continue please, I want to learn how it ended. Did you find yourself?"
The monk, after a short pause, he continued.
"By shutting off the external stimuli, one is diving within, he is entering different realms and hence, the sense of the known self, with all of his memories, notions, hatred, attachments, expectations are thus dissolving. They are transformed from the inflow of the higher energy. Because only the higher frequency can change the lower frequency. All that have simply no longer a meaning. It's like the view of that woman at the valley below. Do you think she would be interested that moment to think about the tiny ants living down there? Or.. perhaps, she is more interested to admire the beauty of the valley below her feet?"
And the monk continued.
"It's all a matter of perception and the way one looks. One can have a new pair of eyes to look into the world. And the world will either disappear or it will be restructured. There comes a moment, where the structure of everything, every texture feels different. In fact, it feels like no other known human sense can ever bring forth."

After a long silent pause, the two men looked at each other. Without saying a word they farewelled each other and they continued on their paths.

There can be diverse prisons in one's life and nonetheless that person could never see his or her own limitations, all those which are preventing that person from reaching their true potential. From addictions such as nicotine, alcohol, narcotics etc to the broader limitations that are raised high like invisible walls. Things that we are taught from a very young age and as such they become part of our thinking. And someone could spend a whole life and still never question about them. Things like the value of imposed systems in one's life, such as the religion, the government, the educational system etc. And to sincerely ask oneself, if the existence of any imposed system in one's life could make a better world to live for all people alike, that are equally sharing their lives under the same sky.

The atom structure parable ~

«From the macrocosm to the microcosm everything is consisted by atoms. Atoms is what you made from. The basic structure of the atom is made up of three building blocks: protons, neutrons, electrons. Protons and neutrons are about the same size and weight and form the center of the atom and together they form the nucleus, which is like an egg surrounding the protons and neutrons. The electrons are very tiny particles existing outside of the "egg" (nucleus), constantly spinning around the nucleus with a negative electric charge. While the protons and the neutrons have a positive and neutral electric charge respectively.

This is the core of everything existing, everywhere.

Now. What that teaches us? It teaches us that the core of who we are is the "egg", it can be both positive and neutral and is protected from the negativity surrounding it, which is constantly spinning around it. This is the Essence of equilibrium, teaching us that all forces exist around us, and that all forces are important for the continuation of Life, of all Life. If we let negativity get inside the "egg" the whole system would fall apart. The same would happen if the positive/neutral would go out of the nucleus.

Now. Everything of these exchanges information with one another but it's important to hold their position. The electrons are constantly spinning around the "egg" and even they are much more smaller, they are too many. Again, that teaches us, that negativity is all around us, but we ought to hold our ground for the continuation of the system, we ought to keep the "egg" protected, the core of who we are. The whole thing is like, negativity is constantly teasing, bringing to the surface things in order to stir the interest and examine them, looking them from different perspectives. It's like something I recently read "If something doesn't challenge you, it won't change you".

So, that is the basic "recipe" for equilibrium in life. We learn and we grow when we dare to go beyond and expand, but we have to keep the center, our core protected.

And then when one has mastered the manipulation of that electrical circuit inside him, that individual can conquer the whole world, because the whole world is the holographic reflection of the tiniest particle back to the pool ~» — Grigoris Deoudis

The dream-world

The dream-world is a journeying of the soul in alternate states of consciousness, in alternate frequency realms and dimensions. In those states we are exposed in various energies and different beings with uncertain motives and intentions.
Frequently, the dreamer's state of being is entering sealed worlds, that one can only find and enter only in these states of dreaming, when one's energy-field is exposed. The beings of these worlds are taking familiar faces of whom we keep deep in our heart and appreciate the most. That can be, religious and spiritual masters and leaders, people we love, our parents, close friends, to reassure and make us feel safe.
Our consciousness is then forcibly re-programmed in these dream-states, by "downloading" psychic material in the form of knowledge, from higher dimensions and certain realms.
Let us remind ourselves that we are susceptible in energy-fields that are vibrating in a higher frequency than ours, thus, in those dream-states we are just like kids, paying attention with our eyes wide-open to what the adults are teaching to us, as we -as a human specie- are in the kindergarten in this dimension of this planet. And when our energy-field is exposed we are easily manipulated from other beings vibrating in higher dimensions. We are given what we seek to find and the intentions and true motives of most of these beings are hidden to us. Consequently, we are misguided and deceived, used as programmable bots to serve purposes that are hidden to us (we can't "see" in those frequencies, only sense bits of reality some of the times). We are given psychedelic candies, just like an adult would give candies to draw a child's attention. We are not allowed to transcend higher realms of consciousness without supervising from the keepers of those dimensions and without their permission. An isolated number of individuals has escaped but they are like sheep outside the sheepfold, their consciousness will likely become food for the energivore beings that are floating in-between the dimension realms. A sacrifice, like lambs in the desert.
There's a price to pay.. e a c h time..
It is therefore of great importance, each night to mentally prepare ourselves for a peaceful sleep. To pray calmly in the highest spiritual beings that are known for centuries for their benevolent intentions and their energy field is vast and thus it is protective to us. But do not give-in in newly externally introduced spiritual beings whose real identity is unclear, nor are their intentions. There is a kind of "psychic energy trap" that has been set decades ago, in a massive scale. In our times it grew in huge proportions. The more sensitive people among us has being used as mediums from those beings to channel their messages. It is growing stronger minute by minute, spreading its energy-tentacles all over.
Let's remain focused and balanced inside ourselves, with prayers, benevolent intentions, having a warm resonant heart, full of compassion for every other being on this planet ~

Shake the image of yourself

Shake the image you have used to see each day in the mirror..
it isn't you, nor represents your qualities.
You are to be found within the inner spaces and outer of the context of the meek and obedient sheep.
Seek.. inside the empty spaces.. there, you will hear a voice calling..
follow that voice..
You will be found on an empty shore in the dawn, praying to the four winds, wearing the face of silence.
And as they are heading towards the wall, the waters stood still to protect you.
You exist beyond the heard prayers.
There's a place, where the trees weave the elegant movements, walking all together, in silence ~

Memories dressed from without

Flares, glimpses of the time-moments, erupt in-between the smooth motion, as I sneak in, making space with my shoulders-moving slowly like a cat.
Beneath the ground I used to keep the wine, that ready-made from bitter moments, to sweeten my memories, memories dressed from without ~
